My deluxe king room with the bathroom, internet and a good selection of hot was comfortable modern. The location was favourable and easy for me as it was right by walking passages, and the Cologne Cathedral and the Train Station.

The location is perfect, just an 8-minute walk from the train station, with shops and cafes right across the road. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff was amazing, especially the friendly woman at the front desk. She always had a smile and were great too help. The fitness center was well-equipped, which I loved too!

Take advantage of the buffet breakfast. The variety is excellent and the staff ensures it's replenished often.

We really enjoyed our spacious room with lots of natural light and a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and did a great job with housekeeping. Just a short walk to the city center, perfect for our family outings.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could be more appealing for families.

Family friendly with solid service

The room was large, with facilities for my wheelchair in the bathroom, bed was large and comfortable. The staff were fantastic at sorting out a problem we had with noise from a room above, nothing was too much trouble.

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

I stayed here for a couple of nights during my trip to visit the Christmas markets and explore the local attractions. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh offerings that kept us satisfied every morning. The room was clean and tidy with ample storage space, but we did experience some bottlenecking during breakfast, which made finding a seat a bit tricky. It was a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of the breakfast setup.

The room was really spacious and comfy. The mattress was great, and I loved that there was a YouTube option on the TV. Even though the hotel is near a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch! Only downside was that the air conditioner wasn't very effective, but it wasn't too hot .

We enjoyed two nights in a spacious room with a powerful shower and comfy bed. The hotel has great relaxation spots, including a cozy bistro and a lovely lounge area. While the Wi-Fi wasn't free, it didn't spoil our lovely stay! 😊

Oh, let me tell you about breakfast! The yogurt was creamy and the local spreads were a delight to my taste buds. I also loved how close the hotel was to so many food spots like Namaste Indian Restaurant-a quick stroll away and you're diving into delicious flavors!

Now, for the cheeky side, when my wife was feeling under the weather, we got sent on a wild goose chase for meds. The reception steered me wrong-turns out that store was just vitamins! Plus, a light under the sink wouldn't quit.
